On Behalf of the shareholders, the board of directors and my family, I extend cordial greetings. 

In 2015, the Chinese were keenly aware that the pressure of economic downturn was spreading due to many adverse factors at home and abroad. However, Dongjue Group managed to develop in such a situation, recording a sales volume of 83,200 tons, a year-on-year growth at 1.68% and a gross sales revenue of RMB 1.315 billion (including tax), a decrease at 2.87%. It paid over RMB 70 million for its employees' salaries and labor insurance and welfare and more than RMB 34 million of taxes at different levels. On that basis, it still maintained a respectable growth in the corporate revenue and successfully realized its annual objective of "stabilizing development, adjusting structure and sustaining profitability" set at the beginning of the year. Such an impressive performance was credited to the shareholders and the board of directors of the Group with a strong belief on and everlasting passion for China's organic silicone rubber industry, dependent upon the stable, competent and effective team of professional managers in the Group and by virtue of the unremitting endeavor of all staff represented by excellent employees. 

As a leading enterprise in China's organic silicone rubber industry, Dongjue Group should not only be vibrant in good times but also become mainstay in the face of economic downturn. As such, it is inadvisable to expect any "surprises". Rather, we should focus on work and strive for the optimization in all aspects through hardworking. In retrospect of the growth history of the Group, it was a process of emphasizing "efficiency, strategy, innovation and persistence". In terms of the advantages in multiple efficiency indexes such as labor productivity, capacity utilization and quality rate, we were universally recognized by peers of the same trade. We elected the correct operating strategy and properly grasped the pace to compete in the market. By investing energy and manpower in technology, process and product innovations, we made certain achievement and took a step forward for the future development. And we realized that industry is the impetus for economy, so to stay in the manufacturing industry was to bolster the economical backbone of China. History would prove to this regard. 

An enterprise is a vital entity whose value is not measured by time but rather by depth and width. As an entrepreneur, I must guarantee the benefits of investors and shareholders, take good care of my family and all staff of the company and at the meantime make contribution to the country by performing responsibilities for the society. In the new year of 2016, I hope every member of the Group can be energetic, passionate and ambitious, giving full play to your wit, emotional intelligence and strong vitality.
