The Group posts a sales volume of 21,790 tons (of which: 1,959 tons of export sales, accounting for 8.99% of the total; 776 tons of self-use silicone rubber for manufacturing products, accounting for 3.56% of the total) in the second quarter of 2014, up 7.48% over the same period of 2013. Specifically, the sales volume of silicone gum is 8,452 tons, up 3.74% year-on-year; silicone rubber 12,259 tons, up 9.28% year-on-year; insulating compounds 1,079 tons, up 18.70% year-on-year.
The Group posts a sales volume of 38,119 tons (of which: 3,791 tons of export sales, accounting for 9.95% of the total; 1,386 tons of self-use silicone rubber for manufacturing products, accounting for 3.64% of the total) in the first half of 2014, up 3.54% over the same period of 2013. Specifically, the sales volume of silicone gum is 13,931 tons, down 4.50% year-on-year; silicone rubber 22,330 tons, up 8.31% year-on-year; insulating compounds 1,858 tons, up 15.33% year-on-year.
