In the fourth quarter of 2010, Dongjue Group has achieved a total sales amount of 16,083 tons of silicone rubber, represented a rapid growth of 52.17% from the same period of last year. It includes 4,516 tons of gum, 10,464 tons of silicone compound and 1,103 tons of insulating rubber, showing the increasing of 33.39%, 37.67% and 6.78% from the same quarter of 2009 respectively. During this Quarter, 3,316 tons or 20.62% of the total were sold to market except for mainland China.
In 2010, China kept its strong economic growth path as years before, while the most of other countries were still fighting their way for economic recovery. As a result, Group’s sales volume totally reached 55,690 tons, hit a historical record high. Of which, total 10,104 tons were sold to world market outside mainland China, account for 18.14% of the total sold and increased by 48.4% compared to the year of 2009. Among those total volume, 13,156 tons of gum, 38,195 tons of silicone compound and 4,339 tons of insulating rubber had been sold, represented a rose of 50.73%, 55.28% and 3.31% respectively year on year.
Benefit from sharply increasing of net income in 2010, Group had completed the combination of its two subsidiaries, i.e. the Dongjue Silicone (Nanjing) Co., Ltd and Calt Silicone Rubber Products (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. Group also established its trading subsidiaries in Tianjin City (North China, Tianjin Dongjue Trading Company), Dongguan (Guangdong province, Dongguan Dongjue Trading Company), Nanjing City (East China, Nanjing Dongjue Trading Company) and Shanghai (Shanghai Focus International Trading Company). “Business with principles and benefit on win-win” has been the new developing trend of Dongjue Group.
