In the capacity of an investor and on behalf of all the boards of directors and my family, I would like to express my sincere greetings and heartfelt thanks to all the employees of Dong Jue Group represented by excellent employees.
We have bidfarewell to year 2013, a yearof ups and downs and now usher in2014, a yearof hopes and prospects. Preliminary statistics showed that, in 2013, the Group recorded a sales volume of 75,400 tons, a year-on-year growth at 27.76%; and a gross sales revenue of RMB1.379 billion (including tax), a year-on-year growth at 23.39%. The overall market downturn didn’t prevent the Group from achieving considerable progress; in the highly competitivemarket, the Group has outpaced its rivals.However, the enterprise should take more responsibilities and pursue higher goals. CurrentlyChina is in the phase of rapid development and the society is in the stage of profound transformation, “deepening reform and focusing on people’s livelihood”had become the shared hope and expectation of the people. The “China Dream” held by the whole nation is not just a fuzzy empty slogan,instead it aims to enable the people to live a well-off life and obtain tangible material and spiritual interests.
The concept of “home” has been deep-rooted in Chinese history. As a result,people are so eager to reunite with their families that they just can’t wait to return their sweet home when holiday is around the corner. “Small families, large enterprises and a prosperous and strong country” are the three cornerstones of “China Dream”. By the end of 2013, the Group had 960 employees, an annual growth of 2.3%. Among them, employees having served for more than five years accounted for 66.5%; and there were 130 couples, accounting for 27.1% of the total;there were also many siblings and other folks. The data imply the deep love of Dong Jue employees to their families and their strong affection to the enterprise.
Truly though, most of us are getting older day by day. Nevertheless, please bear in mind that, in 2014, we are supposed to “have a positive attitude, make unremitting efforts, not to rest on our laurels and make new contributions”, as well as to have the feelings of “being grateful, loving each other all the life, being cohesive in small families and developing the enterprise and the country”. As long as all the employees embrace the future together, Dong Jue Group will continue to soar with a pioneer’s courage, strategize with a decision-maker’s wisdom and embrace everything with a leader’s bearing. Based on new technologies and new markets, we will hold up the brand banner of Dong Jue Group with a brand-new attitude, striving to create a brilliant Chinese enterprise with a global vision!
