In the third quarter of 2013, our group has achieved a total sales amount of 19,829 tons (including 1,467 tons sold outside mainland China and 640 tons used for our downstream silicone rubber appliances production, which took up 7.40% and 3.23% of the total respectively), increasing by 21.24% compared with the same period of last year. For the product lines, there were 8,087 tons of gum and 10,895 tons of silicone compounds, representing a jump of 28.28% and 20.00% respectively from a year earlier. While the insulating rubber showing a decline of 12.86% with the sales volume of 847 tons.
For the first three quarters, the total sales volume has realized 56,645 tons (including 5,093 tons were sold outside mainland China and 1,858 tons used for our downstream silicone rubber appliances production, which accounted for 8.99% and 3.28% of the total respectively), increasing by 34.75% compared to the same period of 2012. Among the total, there were 22,675 tons of gum and 31,512 tons of silicone compound, representing a rapid growth of 70.66% and 21.39% from a year ago. While the insulating rubber showing a decline of 11.93% with the sales volume of 2,458 tons.
As our new product line, the Liquid Silicone Rubber was sold of 23 tons for the past three quarters and its quality has been widely accepted by our customer.
